RootBrief offers subscription-based monitoring services. This Refund Policy explains how refunds are processed, what qualifies, and how to request one.
To request a refund, email us at support@rootbrief.com with:
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Cancellation stops future billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current paid period. No partial refund is issued for the remaining days.
Refund returns money already charged. A refund may also result in immediate downgrade to the Free plan.
When upgrading plans mid-cycle, you are charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the billing period. When downgrading, the new lower rate takes effect at the next billing cycle — no retroactive refund is applied.
All payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (Lemon Squeezy B.V.). Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. RootBrief does not store your credit card information.
